Welcome to Cruise Farefinder (the "Website," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our Website, tools, and booking services. By accessing our platform or booking a package, tour, or maritime voyage through us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Agency Status: Cruise Farefinder acts strictly as an intermediary agent connecting you with primary travel and maritime service providers (including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and consolidators, collectively referred to as "Travel Providers").
Independent Contracts: When you book a cruise or travel package, your contract for the service is directly between you and the respective Travel Provider. You are subject to, and must comply with, the specific terms, conditions, and cancellation matrices of that individual provider.
Limitation of Agency: We do not own, operate, or control the vessels, aircraft, or accommodations provided. Consequently, we bear no liability for operational failures, service changes, or issues arising during your voyage.
Availability: All itineraries, cabins, and packages displayed on our platform are subject to real-time availability and are not guaranteed until fully ticketed.
Deposit Requirements: A booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the mandatory deposit (minimum 25% of the total package cost, unless a higher amount is specified by the cruise line).
Documentation: A digital booking confirmation and travel voucher will be issued via email within 24 hours of cleared payment.
Transferability: Confirmed bookings are non-transferable and name changes are subject to strict Travel Provider penalties unless authorized by us in writing.
Currency & Volatility: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Advertised rates are subject to change without notice due to fuel surcharges, government fee fluctuations, or supply shifts until your deposit is applied.
Final Payment Deadline: Balance payments must be cleared at least 90 days prior to your departure date (or in accordance with the strict deadline dictated by your specific cruise line itinerary). Failure to pay on time may result in automatic booking cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank wire transfers.
Itemization: Applicable US taxes, port expenses, and agency fees will be itemized clearly on your final confirmation receipt.
β οΈ Traveler Responsibility Notice: You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation. Passports must have a minimum of 6 months' validity remaining from your scheduled return date.
You must secure all necessary transit visas, health declarations, and entry permits required by the ports of call on your itinerary. While Cruise Farefinder may provide general guidance or visa assistance, we cannot guarantee visa approval. No refunds will be issued for boardings denied due to invalid or missing personal documentation.
Insurance Recommendation: Because maritime and international travel involves inherent risks, Cruise Farefinder strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.
Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible or liable for unexpected medical expenses, emergency evacuations, baggage loss, or trip cancellations. Optional tailored travel insurance programs can be added to your package at the time of booking.
By utilizing this Website, you warrant that you are of legal age to enter into binding legal agreements and are financially accountable for all transactions under your name. You explicitly agree not to:
Consent: By providing your phone number and opting into our digital communication feeds, you consent to receive recurring automated mobile messages (including quote responses, booking alerts, and relevant marketing updates). Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out: Message and data rates may apply depending on your provider. You may opt out at any absolute time by replying STOP to our messages or requesting assistance by replying HELP.
Cruise Farefinder and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, property loss, delay, or emotional distress resulting from the acts, omissions, or bankruptcies of third-party Travel Providers. Furthermore, we are completely exempted from liability for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by Force Majeure events (including extreme weather, acts of God, civil unrest, labor strikes, pandemics, or government port closures).
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any formal legal disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of your relationship with Cruise Farefinder must be filed individually (waiving all rights to participate in a class-action lawsuit) within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Before initiating formal legal steps, you agree to submit a written Notice of Dispute outlining your grievances to customerservice@cruisefarefinder.com. Both parties will allow a window of 30 business days to attempt to reach an amicable, good-faith resolution.
