Pink sand and overnight stays — just two days from the Northeast
Bermuda is the go-to island cruise for travellers in the Northeast. Board in New York, New Jersey, Boston or Baltimore and, after two relaxing sea days, your ship docks for two or three days at the Royal Naval Dockyard — plenty of time to explore pink-sand beaches, pastel towns and crystal-clear coves.
Horseshoe Bay and Elbow Beach get their soft pink colour from crushed red shells and coral.
Most cruises dock for 2–3 days, so you can explore at your own pace and return to the ship each night.
One of the oldest English settlements in the New World, with narrow lanes and 17th-century buildings.
Underground lakes, limestone caves and sheltered coves perfect for snorkeling.
Drive or take the train to your Northeast port — ideal for families and first-time cruisers.
This is an example only. Ports, call order and sea days vary by cruise line, ship and sail date — your specialist will find the exact itinerary for your dates.
No — Bermuda is in the Atlantic, roughly 650 miles east of North Carolina. Its climate is mild rather than tropical, with warm summers and cooler winters.
Bermuda has excellent ferries and buses from the Dockyard, plus taxis and small electric rental cars. Visitors can't rent regular cars.
On a round-trip cruise from a US port, US citizens can usually sail with an original birth certificate plus a government photo ID. We still strongly recommend a valid passport — you'll need one to fly home if you ever have to leave the cruise early from a foreign port.
Tell us your dates and who's travelling. A CLIA-certified cruise specialist will compare sailings across cruise lines and call you back — usually within 15 minutes during business hours.
